From his patissery
cooker Christian Francheteau kept his taste
for générosité and
for convivialité. Applying the gist of his initial
training,not any more to the food but to the enduits,
to the painting, to the resins, he gives a real personal touch to his
work.
The artist looks for finding with material the color palet with which the patissery has to know how to create with his creation. This is to Afriac he's rending a never ending in his painting and his sculptures. His passion for this continentcomes from his childhood, she grows then due to the combination of african arts (music, cinema, literrature, photography, artisanat...) All his attention focuses on color. He's painting colored ouevres, matching african and oriental symbolism After dedicating his talent to the Walt Disney studio as decorater, he's working on his own, giving total freedom now to his creation Contibuting to many exhibitions, he's fine tuning his technic and develop his own identity.
